What happens after my 30-day trial ends?
Your data is preserved, but access to boards and meetings is paused until you subscribe. You can export your data at any time.
Are there per-seat or per-member fees?
No. Your plan includes unlimited members with no per-seat charges. Invite your full board without worrying about cost.
Where is my data stored?
All data is stored on Canadian servers. Meeting audio is transcribed on our own server in Canada. One optional AI feature, transcript clean-up and drafting, sends a transcript's text to an AI service outside Canada (for example in the United States, Europe, Asia or Australia). It can be turned off in your organization's settings. Sensitive fields are encrypted at rest with 256-bit AES. We're fully PIPEDA compliant.
How does billing work?
Pay $29 CAD a month, or $348 CAD once a year. After your 30-day free trial you're charged for the first month or the first year, whichever you chose, and you can cancel any time from Billing.
Do committees count toward my board limit?
No. Committees are unlimited on every plan. Only top-level boards count toward your limit.
Is ActionItem suitable for CNCA and ONCA compliance?
Yes. ActionItem includes conflict of interest registers, decision audit trails, and formal voting records that help organizations meet their obligations under the Canada Not-for-profit Corporations Act and Ontario Not-for-Profit Corporations Act.
